The position of Club Growth Director in District 24 is a challenging position requiring energy and commitment. Our leadership pool is sometimes stretched and the demands on the Club Growth Director require energy, flexibility and the ability to engage the total leadership. I believe that Jacob’s current and previous work in District 24 brilliantly illustrates this. We need energy and vision on how to retain and grow District 24. Jacob Lawson has more than demonstrated that he would be an excellent Club Growth Director for 2020-2021. George Volz, DTM

In 2015-2016, I was C22 Area Director using handouts at the Area Council meeting on ‘How to Access the Dashboard on the TM Website'. After the meeting, a member approached me to ask, “Can I help you by making a powerpoint?” I accepted his offer and received The Best powerpoint ever! That member was Jacob. In his willingness to help, Jacob found one of his strengths and passions: to help others understand the technology side of TM. His initiative to help and assist members continues to this day. I whole-heartedly support Jacob for District Club Growth Director.
