Community Outreach

Utilizing the locations of members to build connections outside of the club and encourage more membership 

Help to build the District’s outreach potential and further expand awareness of the Toastmasters organization and help to build a larger community of networking.
▸    Allows for more networking opportunities for members
▸    Helps to further expand the awareness of Toastmasters
▸    Possible outlet to attract new members
▸    Collaborations may be beneficial to both organizations

Membership Growth

Clubs actively participate in membership campaigns tailored to their own club cultures.

Promotes healthy clubs and reduces the risk of any club loss
▸    Clubs utilize materials provided by Toastmasters International and the district to draw in new members
▸    Motivate clubs to have at least one membership activity each round
▸    Review club websites and social media for activity and brand compliance 
▸    Make sure club meetings are welcoming and conducive for being attractive to guests 

District Involvement 

Help to promote all district activities, including TLI, conference, and other opportunities. Making a larger effort to get the information to all cubs.

Promotes networking between clubs and that club members are fully trained and aware of new opportunities and challenges within the organization.
▸    Determine any barriers that prevent members form attending activities, and seek to remove those
▸    Find ways to mix clubs together for different activities (speaker/evaluator swap, club contests, etc.)
▸    Have clubs identify future leaders for the club, area, division, and district
